Meet the Founder
At Alongside Accountancy, we are your trusted finance partner. Founded in 2023 by James Huang, our mission is to serve and empower our clients through honesty and quality in all that we do. We serve individuals and smaller businesses across a diverse range of tax, accountancy, and business needs.
James Huang FCA
James is a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ of experience. He completed his audit training at KPMG London. Afterwards, he worked for a number of prestigious London clients and gained wide-ranging experience in management accounting, analysis, budgeting, finance strategy and finance transformation.
With a strong background in audit and a successful 15-year career in London serving large clients, James has honed his expertise and acquired in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape. Now, he is committed to utilising that experience to serve and empower individuals and smaller businesses.
In his spare time James enjoys running. He attends Parkrun and has run over 30 half marathons!
Our Story
Finance and tax are stressful. I wanted to found an accountancy that provided a high quality and personal service to smaller clients: individuals, small businesses and charities.
We have two main paths:
- Compliance: getting the fundamentals right for stability
- Transformation: helping you grow for scale
We are rooted in Bromley and have grown rapidly since starting in 2023. We’ve helped 50+ clients. We specialise in medical clients an startups. Our highlights are:
